OUR FIGS

Fig occupies a high position among fruits. Soft, sweet and pulpy, this delicious fruit promotes health. Iranian figs vary in sizes and colors. The ripe fresh fruit is juicy, wholesome and delicious. Our products come from Estahban valley. Estahban is located 245KM of South East Iran. The soil and climate in Estahban valley is ideal for growing figs. Estahban valley is known as the greatest land in the world for dried figs produced by FAO. Estahban valley has more than 2,000,000 figs trees in 20,000 hectares and produces 95% of dried figs grown in Iran. All of the commercially sold dried figs produced in Iran are grown in the fertile Estahban valley. Figs that come from these gardens are organic and naturally grown.

Grade 101

Dried figs belong to this grade have light yellow and white color. The size is about 22 mm. About 95% percent of dried fig in this grade have open mouth.

Grade A

Dried figs of this grade are in  yellow and white color. The size is about 20mm.

Grade AA

Dried figs of this grade are in  yellow and white color. Their sizes vary  from 14 to 22 mm.

Grade B

Closed mouth dried figs belong to this grade have yellow and white color. The size of them is between 14 to 18 mm.

RAISIN PRODUCTS

Raisin is indispensable ingredient in bakery sector and excellent addition to a wide range of confectionaries. It is also mixed or added to many cereals and cereal based products. Raisin comes in a variety of colors and sizes. The largest producers of raisins are Turkey, Iran and United State which combined count for over 80% of global production. Iran has almost 600 different kinds of grapes and one of major producer of grapes in the world, nearly a quarter of total world raisin production. The majority of Iran raisin production locations are in Tabriz, Zanjan, Kashmar and Urmia.

Dark Raisins

This kind is prepared by drying the fruit in the full sun and results in a dark color.

Sultani Raisins

This kind is brown and is the most popular variety

Golden Raisins

This kind is oven-dried and then Sulfur is added to preserve its color.

Green Raisins

This kind is naturally green, but Sulfur is added to bring out a brighter color.

The majority of Iran production located in Tabriz and Urmia. The apricot is a great source of vitamin A, iron and potassium, especially when dried. Apricots have a higher nutrient density than almost any other fruit.

Mazafati Date

Our date comes from Bam, Kerman, Iran area where the best  Mazafati date is grown. The harvesting of Mazafati dates takes on month from late August to end of September. Mazafati can be kept fresh for one year in fridge if the temperature is appropriate. We can supply Mazafati date in the form of dry, frozen and fresh dates.

Piarom Date

This semi-dried date grows in Hormozgan region. The color is dark brown and it has a unique taste. The skin of Piarom dates is thin and contain sugar which is suitable for diabetic patients.

Sayer Date

This date grows in Khozestan regions. The color is dark brown. Sayer Date used for industrial purpose because it‟s rich in sugar.
